• I believe Personal Training is an investment from you into a trusting honest working relationship withe me. You invest your money and it's my mission to improve not just your exercise and knowledge but to give you all the skills you need for lifelong health and well being.

 

  • Therefore I usually offer 6 week and 12 week plans. I don't believe one-off sessions are a worthwhile use of either of our time.

 

  • I create bespoke plans based on unique needs, but in my experience 3 months is the best amount of time to see AND feel results.

 

  • I provide you with all the direction and a step by step plan so you know what you need to do every day of the week.

I give my clients all of me. It's my mission to give as much help, encouragement and support as I can during and between sessions. But in return I expect a few staples and if they are not met then we will need to review things.

To turn up on time and ready to work and to do your homework in between our sessions. Our sessions will be fun and engaging but only if you turn up with the right attitude. Speaking of which:

 

The right attitude

A positive attitude is the foundation of all success - I can help you nurture your positive attitude but you need the basis of one first. There will be times when negativity gets in the way, I can help you work through it, but I can't do it for you.

 

A willingness to improve

Clients who achieve the best results all have this. They don't get frustrated by comparing themselves to others. They compare themselves to where they were last week, a month ago, a year ago. Their inspiration is a future, improved version of themselves.
