I offer one-to-one training session packages, workshops at YMCA Club and teach regular Group Spin Classes not just at YMCA (Weds lunch) but also at Fitness First Strand (Weds eve) and Soho Gyms (Fri lunch) to help shake up your your training - you'll never be bored. And will always work hard and smart!
