RESULTS IN 6 WEEKS 

"Since doing online training with Rich I have been following a programme that has been specifically designed for me. It's pretty comprehensive. Reviewing diet, energy and exercise regularly. I have been able to build on my strength and improve my overall fitness.

 

It's only been 6 weeks but there are definitely noticable changes. It made me realise that when I was previously going to the gym, I may have not been pushing myself to improve and just 'going through the motions' in classes I had got used to.

 

I have been genuinely surprised about how much can be achieved at home with little to no equipment.
