"At first I was sceptical about online PT sessions - how wrong I was.
I’ve been working with Rich for about 6 weeks and I’ve already seen improvements to my form, how many reps I am doing and overall stamina 😜.
Each session builds on the previous, adding in new exercises to target areas I want to work on but also full body circuits.
While in Lockdown there's a lot of free content online, which is great but having Rich to talk with about what I’m doing and get tips on ho to do it better has been where I’ve seen/felt improvements, for me it’s showing great results already.
