"At first I was sceptical about online PT sessions - how wrong I was. 

 

I’ve been working with Rich for about 6 weeks and I’ve already seen improvements to my form, how many reps I am doing and overall stamina 😜. 

 

Each session builds on the previous, adding in new exercises to target areas I want to work on but also full body circuits. 

 

While in quarantine there a lot of free content online, which is great but having Rich to talk with about what I’m doing and get tip on doing it better has been where I’ve seen/felt improvements, for me it’s showing great results already.
