"About a year ago 2.5 stone overweight, unfit and unhealthy, I asked Rich to help and train me.


With kindness and patience he encouraged me; and with expert pacing (and pushing) he helped me lose almost all of the weight and get back to feeling strong and toned. A mixture of cardio and weights did the trick. When I felt like the mountain was too high to climb and that I would never reach my goal Rich made me laugh and somehow I kept going.  Training is never boring because Rich changes it up all the time. I even manage to use the gym equipment independently and enjoy the many classes that the YMCA offer. However I never work so hard alone as I do with him!


The best news for me was getting back into a lovely size 10 dress for a family wedding! I definitely wouldn't have achieved so much without Rich's support (and nagging) and him pushing me further than I believed possible in a safe way.
