"Working with Rich via Zoom during lockdown has been a hugely beneficial and enjoyable experience. In just one session a week, I've learned a lot of technical aspects, including how to make the most of a workout by targeting multiple muscle groups, and learning a range of skills that give me the confidence to workout effectively outside of our sessions.
