"When I started training with Rich three years ago I had low body confidence and felt quite depressed at the thought of having to train just to be in reasonable fitness. I saw it as a negative hurdle in my way without realising how much I would come to love the feeling as much as the results. I was apprehensive being in a gym with people who knew what they were doing but starting at home with Rich was exactly the confidence boost I needed. I wanted to lose weight but quickly realised that my fitness was up, I slept better, it put me in a better mood. By the time I started getting compliments on my appearance I hadn't even realised how much I was enjoying it. 
After entering a 6k as a fun fitness project June 2011 I caught the bug and with Rich writing my programs I have become so into the training and running that I can't believe I ever dreaded it- seeing massive changes in my body shape and tone and hearing people's amazing compliments 
on my weight loss and tone is just the added fuel I need for my fire. After three half marathons under my belt and a couple of 10ks I am now ready to tackle the London marathon in 1 year earlier than I had planned."
